Disappointing Experience

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this hotel in Kathmandu. Here’s why: Small and Cramped Rooms: The rooms were tiny, barely enough space to move around. It was nothing like the photos they advertised. Non-Functional AC: The air conditioning didn’t work,m. Despite multiple complaints, the staff did nothing to resolve the issue. Unprofessional Staff: The staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in addressing guest concerns. They seemed more focused on making excuses than offering solutions. Scam Offers: The hotel lures people in with fake offers. They promised free welcome drinks and complimentary lunch during booking but failed to deliver either. When confronted, the staff had no explanation. False Promises: Basic amenities that were advertised, like proper meals and good service, were simply non-existent.

This place is a total scam, and I strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs. There are far better options in Kathmandu for the same price or even less. Save your time, money, and peace of mind...

The view of Kathmandu Valley from the villa was simply awe-inspiring. Rolling hills and lush greenery stretched out as far as the eye could see, creating a picturesque scene. Inside the villa, the flooring was built in traditional Nepali style using clay bricks, adding a rustic yet charming touch to the ambiance. Avoid Paradise Villa Unreliable Booking system and Wasted time

Poor communication: the staff didn't offer any clear explanation for the missing reservation or timeline for resolving issue

Lack of time management: Waiting for over an hour without any solution is unacceptable customer service

The experience was extremely disappointed and frusted, especially since booking had been made well in advance and depended on having confirmed room and later when reached you get to heard there is no room booked.
