सिद्धिकाली मध्यपुर नपाको इनाकोय टोलमा माता सिद्धिकाली अवस्थित रहेको छ । इनाकोयमा अवस्थित रहेको कारण यस देवीलाई इनाकोयद्य: पनि भन्ने गरिन्छ । सिद्धिकाली नामले नै स्पष्ट छ कि यो माता पार्वतीको एक रुप हो । सिद्धि प्रदान गर्ने काली (दुर्गा भवानी) नै सिद्धिकाली हुन । सिद्धिकालीलाई चामुन्दा माता पनि भन्ने गरिन्छ जुन अष्टमातृका गणका आठ रुपहरु मध्य एक हुन । दुई तल्ले आकर्षक प्यागोडा शैलीमा निर्मित यस मन्दिर काली, गणेश र शिवमा समर्पित रहेको छ । यस मन्दिरको अघिल्लो छानामा रहेको "पतचा" हेरि भन्न सकिन्छ कि यस मन्दिरमा दर्शन गर्न आउने भक्तालुहरुको संख्या धेरै रहेको छ । यस मन्दिरको प्राङ्गणमा शिव, सरस्वती, भिमसेन, बसुन्धारा, सहश्रभुज लोकेश्वरको मन्दिर तथा चैत्यहरु निर्माण गरिएको छ भने ढुङ्गेधारा समेत निर्माण गरिएको छ । यस सिद्धिकाली माताको दैनिक नित्यपुजा हुनुका साथै बर्षको दुई पटक विशेष पुजा हुने गर्दछ । पहिलो त यन्या पुन्हीका दिन त दोश्रो बिस्का जात्राका दिन । यस देवीको द्य:छें चपाचो टोलमा अवस्थित रहेको छ । विशेष पुजा हुने दुईदिन द्य:छेंबाट मुल देवीलाई इनाकोय लग्ने गरिन्छ । बिस्का जात्रामा यस देवीको जात्रा समेत हुने गर्दछ । थिमीमा हुने बिस्का जात्रामा चान्हेसिया जात्रा, बन्हीसिया जात्रा र सुथंसिया जात्रा मुख्य हुन । बन्हिसिया जात्रा भनेको नै सिद्धिकालीको जात्रा हो । यो बैसाख १ गतेका दिन मनाइन्छ । यसदिन सिद्धिकाली, कोशी इनाय गणेश, विश्व विनायक, कोर्की इनाय गणेश, गान्चा इनाय गणेश, राज गणेश, शिव गणेशको खत एकै ठाउँमा ल्याइ सिन्दुर छरेर जात्रा गर्ने गरिन्छ । यहाँ हरेक बिहान र शनिवार सांझ नित्य भजन गर्ने गरिन्छ र हरेक शुक्रवार दिउँसो रामायण भजन गर्ने गरिन्छ । मन्दिरको मध्य भागमा माता सिद्धिकाली र गणेशको मुर्ती स्थापना गरेको छ भने त्यसको पछाडी तिर भैरव र नवदुर्गा पनि स्थापना गरिएको छ । यस मन्दिरको प्राङ्गणमा मनाइने पर्वहरुमा बिस्का जात्रा, दिगु पुजा, गठेमङल, यन्या पुन्ही, मोहनी (दशै), बाला चतुर्दशी, श्रीपञ्चमी, भिम द्वादशी, होलि पुर्णिमा, र महा शिवरात्री हुन ।
