The location of Dream City PPumdikot is the only good thing about it. Beyond that, everything else was a complete letdown.

The photo and video package is a total scam with fake promises that are nothing like what was described. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended.

Management: Extremely poor and disorganized. There’s no system in place to handle customer needs or complaints.

Service: Absolutely terrible. I tried calling more than 50 times to get assistance—not a single call was answered.

Staff: Unprofessional and uninterested in helping. No sense of customer service or hospitality.

Value for money: Totally not worth it. It felt more like a scam than a legitimate business.

Scam!! they treated me very bad ! While ticketing They said everything like photographs and all are included in package but later when i try to come out the guy from photo studio said me either i need to buy a frame with photo or to pay rs 500 for photos, while i didn’t even ask them to take photos 🤷‍♀️i thought those were services there and get customer photos for their page, if isn’t better to explain all while in ticketing 🙏 i still have questions in my mind if they charge for photos why not to explain 🤷‍♀️before get pictures 🤦‍♂️ I tried to tell him if it can be explain before ticket?
