Stadslandgoed de Kemphaan — Attraction in Almere

We live in Almere for almost a decade. I come here with my kids since they were 1. This lovely and peaceful Wild Refuge is perfect for everyone. You can take a short walk on the surroundings they have a special short route like the dwarf one and much more for older kids. There's a canopy for ages since around 5 they have a smaller canopy for the youngest ones and the other canopy is up to yourself as adult you're are also welcome to have some fun. There's 2 playground's and a fountain in front of the chicken restaurant, where by the way you can eat everything (not only chicken ;)) for regular prices. Inside this place is also a little Zoo that you can visit for 8 euro pp and you'll be thru in 3 hours max. But the rest of this pearl has free access so take your ball, kid's and picnic food to visit one of the golden...

Lots and lots of parking places is always a good start. Then there's the choice to have a strawl over the paved roads or go on adventure in the small forest. You can find a lot to do on "De Kemphaan". Go see/do the fun forest, jungle garden, farmers market (saturday morning), restaurants, pet friendly cows. And often...

Veel te doen. Maar slechte info ter plekke. Waar is wat? En als je een medewerker iets vraagt dan weten ze het niet. Kabouterpad mag wel hier en daar worden vernieuwd en aangepast worden en spannender gemaakt. Op de website staat het spannend aangegeven,maar tijdens het lopen moet je maar afwachten of je de goede richting loopt. Er stond een huisje met een "grote" kabouter. Toen mijn kleinzoon in het huisje keek lag er een "kleine" kabouter op zijn buik op de grond. "Die is dus dood" zei mijn kleinzoon heel droog😄 . Grappig dat wel, maar het huisje lag ook vol met afval. Bij de Jungle kwamen we via een schuifdeur binnen om te vragen waar het Kabouterpad was, 3 mensen moeten vragen, toen we via dezelfde deur naar buiten wilde ging de deur niet open. Geen sensor. Wat als er een noodgeval is??? Het is geen commentaar (het is iets wat mij opviel) want we hebben het toch leuk gehad, ik hoop dat er iets mee...
