I wanted to say thanks for the service, but particularly for the superb dinner.

Ok, so it’s easy to say a lovely meal, but let me put this into context. I have had the good fortune to meet some talented people in my life, people who have a marvellous eye for painting, people who have an amazing musical ear, the ability to play a musical instrument with astonishing beauty far beyond practice alone. I have visited leading perfumery companies and met the ‘noses’ as they call them, the people who develop outstanding fragrances using a combination of innate olfactory capability and creativity.

I have often wondered that there must be equivalent people in the field of cooking, and I am 100% sure that we were in the presence such a person in your chef, with exactly these outstanding talents. It’s not just me, everyone I spoke to on Wednesday at work were...

I have yet to eat here but I am excited with what I see.

This is my kinda place ;-) with art studios on one half and an events hall and cafe on the other. There are sculptures hidden in the trees and in the veg gardens and I can't wait to see the bon fire. Next time I really want to try the cafe. It has a separate entrance from the bike path. You will know it's open if the drawbridge is down, yes you heard me the drawbridge. It has hammocks, a back seat of a car to chill in, Moroccan rugs with short tables to pull a pillow up to, all on the edge of a stream. Don't worry there are tables and chairs if you want with rainbow cushions.

Wij hebben hier een maand geleden onze bruiloft gevierd. De locatie is super mooi en een beetje gek, de reden waarom wij hiervoor hebben gekozen.

Helaas was het voor traject niet zoals het hoort.. Het offerte traject en gesprekken met Jeroen (event manager) waren erg moeizaam. Hij wil graag dat alles op zijn manier gaat, heeft een arrogante houding en staat niet open voor andere ideeën. (Overigens zijn de andere dames op kantoor wel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam). Wij hebben uit de offerte een aantal fouten moeten halen en op de dag zelf zijn een aantal zaken die in de offerte stonden NIET uitgevoerd. Helaas heb ik (de bruid) met de bediening op onze bruiloft moeten overleggen/onderhandelen over zaken die in het contract stonden maar waar zij NIETS van wisten. Voorbeeld: wj hadden extra bediening ingehuurd om te helpen met stijlen en de aankleding van de locatie maar die was er gewoon niet.. hierdoor is het niet gelukt om alles aan te kleden zoals wij dat hadden gewild.

Nadat ik Jeroen hiermee heb geconfronteerd kreeg ik een mager excuus en gaf hij de bediening de schuld en zei dat zij het blijkbaar niet hadden begrepen. Als Jeroen géén extra bediening had ingehuurd omdat hij het was vergeten, lijkt mij dat dit niet de schuld van de bediening zelf is.. Enige tegemoetkoming was er niet. Hij vond het crediteren van de uren van de bediening die er niet was voldoende. Dit is géén tegemoetkoming - je betaalt immers niet voor iets wat je niet kreeg!
