Great place to walk around with family and pets. Although close to the city, once inside it is very quiet and calm. Very relax to have a walk around the area. The best, it's not flat! If you're lazy to go to Limburg, this is a nice option. Plenty of hotels and airbnb's in the area to stay for a weekend and enjoy the hiking. Totally recommended!

Het is er prachtig in Filosofendal en de Duivelsberg.🙏 Verder wel een tipje; zorg zeker rondom de herfst en bij glad en nat weer dat je vóór het donker uit het bos bent. Verder is het genieten van alle rust, geuren en moois hier en al zie ik ook graag veel via mijn eigen ogen i.p.v. een lens van een fototoestel...ik kan het niet laten om tussendoor toch wel enkele foto's "te schieten" dus...
