Oosterplas — Attraction in Bloemendaal

There is a swing in the woods And someone has come to swing on it

I look at him He looks at me I nod at him He nods at me

He sits on the swing and checks his phone The sun is setting slowly The swing hangs from a tree He looks up from his phone and looks at the lake A soft beep sounds and he checks his phone

There is a fly on his leg He swats it away Without looking up Without looking away from his phone

Beautiful little natural lake that offers for a good swim. One small beach can be reached by bike and can therefore be a bit crowded with young families on hot days, but there is always enough place for another set of beach towels. And if you're willing to take a little walk, you can visit the more quiet beach on the other side. Together with it's surroundings this is one of my favorite Dutch...

Verschrikkelijke plek. Veel te veel mensen, je kan er niet meer genieten van de prachtige natuur en het heerlijke zwemwater. Blijf allemaal alsjeblieft weg zodat ik eindelijk weer kan genieten van een van mijn favoriete zwemmeertjes. Doordat er aan twee kanten van het meer strand is kan het voorkomen dat het bij het ene strand (direct vanaf de ingang te bereiken) veel drukker is dan aan de overkant (waar je eerst echt bizar ver moet lopen over zand-paadjes en deels door het water) het is dan veel gezelliger om bij het drukke strand te gaan zitten, zeker als je schreeuwende of jankende...
