Nollestrand — Attraction in Flushing

Coming from a country with lots of beautiful beaches (Philippines), i can say that Zeeland beach is one of the beaches that is worth visiting in europe. Unlike other beaches that i have visited in EU, this one here has fine sand and clear water; but it can still improve -- seaweeds floating around so much in the afternoon due to strong waves.

If you dont have a hotelroom nearby, it would be nice to rent one of these colorful huts. Dont forget to take picture of them too, they are like the "icon"...

Mooi en schoon strand dat je vele wandelmeters door kunt aflopen. Buiten het zomerseizoen zijn honden welkom. Wandelen over het Nollestrand kan goed gecombineerd worden met een wandelingen door de glooiende duinen en het prachtige Nollebos. Zo heb je op een wandeling heel veel variatie en natuurschoon.

Kleine nadeeltjes: de hoogbouw van strand Vlissingen vind ik persoonlijk storend, haalt toch wat van de mooie omgeving weg. Af en toe komen er gigantische boten langs die ontzettend stinken naar diesel, ook jammer. En toen wij er waren werd er gewaarschuwd voor vogels met vogelgriep - die gelukkig niet gezien, maar wel tientallen dode kwallen. Opmerkelijk veel, terwijl er dan weer heel weinig schelpen en andere dingen lagen.
