Westpunt Beach — Attraction in Noord overig

We walked from the lighthouse area, and enjoyed our walk over the sand dunes and the sandy succulent type plants are very pretty. The rocks are very beautiful here and we enjoyed the large waves crashing into the beach (it is very windy as well). The only sad thing is that this is an obvious place where microplastics are visible in the seaweed.... plastic everywhere, all over the beach and microplastics are impossible for locals to clean up. This is a great place to sit and listen to the ocean. We literally saw no one for the hour we were here. There are lots of crabs on the rocks, so I wouldn't suggest sitting or standing on them.
