Boswallen Oranje Nassau Oord — Attraction in Wageningen

Very beautiful and surprisingly sizable botanical garden and arboretum in Wageningen. In mid March the crocuses and daffodils are abundant, and many of the cherry and magnolia trees are in bloom. Everything is well labeled so you can learn the names of the plants you enjoy. Bij de hoofdingang (de achterkant van de oude hoofdingang) is een brasserie.: brasserie Emma. Je kan er ook als wandelaar (!) ook terecht voor een kop koffie, gebak of zelfs avondeten!

Ik adviseer de nasi goreng. De prijzen, de pittigheid én de porties zijn afgestemd op ouderen, maar het heeft een authentieke Indonesische smaak (en wordt gemaakt in de keuken van Rumah Kita). Twee kleine stokjes saté erbij maken het af. Heerlijk.
