The food were nice. However the service was really unpleasant. First, a waiter came to ask us what wine did my friend want while without providing a wine menu… the waiter just named very few wine name and asked my friend to order one. Second moment, due to we have waited one hour and the starters were still not there, I talked to one of the waiter : ‘Excuse me, may I ask when the dishes will be ready, we are waiting here for one hour already.’ The guy immediately replied me:’ yes, but look around, today there are too many people, and kitchen is very busy, you need to wait okay?’ His way of reply shock me and my friends. The most ‘interesting’ part was that when finally the starter came, he put the dishes on the table and said ‘ you see, it’s here.’ The third moment was the end of the dessert time. I was expecting a birthday candles to be delivered because when I booked the table one day before, I specially checked this via phone, and told the restaurant it’s a birthday for one of the person. However, in the end, the surprise didn’t come. :( . The food was nice, but the service definitely doesn’t match...

For such a high end restaurant, the food was really disappointing. Don’t get me wrong, the restaurant itself is gorgeous, good vibe, calm. The staff members were impeccable. Very thoughtful, engaging without being disruptive, perfect interaction. But the food was not up to such high standards . I’ve order the glass noodles as a starter, which was okay, but nothing I couldn’t make myself at home. But the real disappointment was the red fish, that tasted literally like nothing. Not even salt or pepper, completely bland. Not even the littles sauces could save it. I’ve also had the cannolis for desert, the mango ice cream was great, but the cannoli itself had a weird texture and filling, not cannoli like at all. Overall, the food was way too expensive for the quality...

The food was good, but the waiter was quite rude. Nobody acknowledged us when we came in for awhile. There was a gentleman right at the entrance, I understand if they are in the middle of something, but to just say hello. There was a bunch other staff, finally a very friendly waiter holding many dishes finally said hello. I also added a soup right after we order and the waiter, the first one who didn’t acknowledge us sighed and said, I’ll see if we can do it, like it was the biggest inconvenience. There was an older man and woman, maybe the owners just setting tables, very unfriendly, no smiles. It was pretty much looked like a retirement community, maybe they’re not used to younger patrons during the day, I don’t know why they were...
