This is a awesome place to be. At a very warm summerday it can be very busy with people who want to enjoy on some way at the beach or in the water. Locally this place is a gigantic recreational park because there isn't much equal to it in the neighborhood. Parking cost are €5,00 for a day for one car which is shorter than 6 meter. A beautiful little spot on the beach, €6 to park for the full day. Lot's to keep the kids entertained and the bar provides straight forwards stuff like fries, pizza and ice cream, not forgetting beers, wine and cocktails.

Lots of people also turned up with chairs, tables and BBQs to have an evening meal near the water. It's busy but not unbearable, the...

Clean and relaxed place to spend a day with the family or friends. There are not many shadows, so be on tie and get one. Abd if you want to eat there in the restaurant, reserve a place or order with time if it is too busy, otherwise you will have to wait too much. They onñy have badic foods by the way. Das Hilgelo ist ein toller Platz zum Schwimmen, Sonnenbadaden, Wandern, Angeln, und noch viel mehr. Aber als Deutscher Einwohner von winterswijk, möchte ich hier doch kritisch deutsche Mitbürger darauf aufmerksam machen das wen sie Deutschland verlassen und zu Besuch nach Holland kommen, es auch hier Regeln gibt und das auch covid19 nicht aufeinmal verschwunden ist. Parken darf man ausschließlich auf dem Parkplatz am Hilgelo die Kosten hierfür sind 6 Euro ob man jetzt 5min da parkt oder den ganzen Tag. Das Bußgeld für Falschparker beträgt 97 Euro. Sich nicht an die hier in NL geltenden regel mit betref covid19 haten kostet hier schlichtweg 400 Euro. NL ist tolerant und geduldig das heißt nur weil es einmal gut ging kan es mal so sein das eine Familie z.b. 4 Personen einen sehr teuren Tag haben können, bei nicht Einhaltung der in NL geltenden Regeln.

Sehr schöner See zum Angeln und natürlich auch zum Entspannen. Ich habe zum ersten Mal effektiv dort geangelt und ein paar sehr schöne Schleien gefangen. Meistens bin ich selbst aber zum entspannen mit Freunden dort oder um einen langen Arbeitstag ausklingen zu lassen. Die bar und der Kiosk liefern dafür ausreichend Getränke und Snacks aber diese lassen sich natürlich auch selbst mitbringen. Für alles Angler: das Fischen vom Strand ist nur zwischen 01.10 und 01.05 erlaubt. Und fürs Nachtangeln sollte eine Schaufel oder eine Camping Toilette mitgenommen werden. Ansonsten gelten die üblichen Vispass Bedingungen.

Sehr schöner See zum Angeln und natürlich auch zum Entspannen. Ich habe zum ersten Mal effektiv dort geangelt und ein paar sehr schöne Schleien gefangen. Meistens bin ich selbst aber zum entspannen mit Freunden dort oder um einen langen Arbeitstag ausklingen zu lassen. Die bar und der Kiosk liefern dafür ausreichend Getränke und Snacks aber diese lassen sich natürlich auch selbst mitbringen. Für alles Angler: das Fischen vom Strand ist nur zwischen 01.10 und 01.05 erlaubt. Und fürs Nachtangeln sollte eine Schaufel oder eine Camping Toilette mitgenommen werden. Ansonsten gelten die üblichen Vispass Bedingungen.
