Most degrading pool I've been too. Was told by staff to seperate my kids from the other kids in the pool because my kids weren't enrolled into there school holiday program. I thought this was a public pool ? Was told to move to another side of the pool that was about knee high. Read moreUsually not like this, but today staff closed the men's changing rooms at about 3pm when the place was busy "to clean" and all the spa changing rooms were full. It took me 30 minutes of waiting to get a changing room and I was late for my appointment as a result. The children running the place wouldn't open the other unused "disabled" changing room to free up congestion. And the family changing rooms were still filthy. Just really messy...
