This is a mix of casual strolls and more challenging hikes with stunning views overlooking Christchurch and beyond.. There's something for everyone.

The trails here cater to all fitness levels. You can find gentle, paved paths perfect for leisurely walks or family outings, as well as steeper, more rugged tracks for those seeking a more intense workout. Be prepared for varied terrain, including gravel, dirt, and some rocky sections, so choose your footwear accordingly.

Parking: You can find numerous entry points and car parks.. Many trails offer panoramic views, from the cityscape to the Canterbury Plains, and out towards the Southern Alps on a clear day.

Pay attention to trail signage and maps, as some areas can be quite extensive. Whether you're after a quick escape into nature or a full-day hike, enjoy a rewarding outdoor...

On a clear day the views are breath-taking. The place is easily accessible by road, although there is limited parking on the spot. It is certainly a good point to have a relaxed lunch break on a beautiful day. Well...
