If you go from the carpark to the walking trail (with transmission tower on your right), walking 5 minutes on the track will take you to the most beautiful view of the harbour. The track itself is flat and easy, it's just above the road and follows the same direction as the road for most of it

Well, this is a review for the carpark, not for the antenna... Funny name anyway XD. The carpark is one of the best spot to see the sunset and to have a good view of the city, especially at night it is a great view. Windy, so be aware and get warm clothes when getting here.

If you would like to go somewhere high and take a picture of Christchurch and the mountains the sea and the rest of the view this is a must park in the car park walk up a very small easy Hill right up to the tower and get some...
