Christchurch Night Market — Attraction in Christchurch

The market is small for scale but it isn't ever over crowded. Situated above the Hornby Hub mall with easy access via food court escalators, Free parking in the mall park next to warehouse/briscoes. This hot food night market has a good variety of choices. Spending is averaged $20-30 each. Personally my partner and I enjoy the Sweet Taiyaki (fish shaped) waffles centered with custard that comes with a choice of dipping sauce to enjoy on the drive home but would be better for seating.There is a lack of seating areas but usually I'm quite happy to eat and walk to look around. Best have cash ready, can shop at supermarket for groceries to avoid atm fees and finish off with dinner on...

Some yummy food here. We got some bbq "chicken" on noodles from a place called mamu fried chicken and it was pork we took it back and they denied it disappointing concedering we paid $17 per plate. We also got some chicken on chips and that was like chicken nuggets cut up on top. Not impressed I'd stay clear from this trailer 😡. Good selection of food and nice choice of the day to do it (someone who works weekends and can't be bothered going here so having night market on a Thursday night is wayyy convenient)!
