This is a really fun place to take a toddler or child who would be thrilled to find âfairy housesâ in a forest! It is a short walk from the main parking area. Note that the forest is very shaded so itâs likely a good idea to take warmer clothes with you than you may think you need. Fun for exploring and taking photos. Note also that these fairy houses live permanently outdoors in this forest and have been homemade by local families, so as can be imagined some are very ârustic / weathered / cobwebbed / worn downâ, translation: look a bit unloved, but many are still very charming with fairy sparkles and surprises behind little doors. You can spend 30 minutes here and then wonder around in the lake. A good place to take the kids and enjoy the park and go for picnic â¤ď¸
