I believe it's by far one of the best beaches in Auckland where I've had great summer beach trips as it's also a new location where I go in summer for swimming and good quality beach time, as for the past few years I often went to Kawakawa Bay and also Maraetai and Takapuna, and I used to go to Eastern Beach with my church for a late January summer church family beach day, and I used to also go to Maraetai with my church for a late January summer church family beach day, and I can get to Eastern Beach perfectly well just like I can get to Maraetai perfectly well, and this also my first summer ever having a day at Eastern Beach on my own and I would rate it to be a great picturesque location with a view into the Hauraki Gulf over looking Rangitoto Island, Motoihe Island and Waiheke Island, and it's also one of the best New places I have...

This place is a beautiful and serene spot, perfect for taking a leisurely walk and unwinding. The pathways are well-maintained and offer stunning views, making it an ideal destination to simply stroll and clear your mind. There are also some shops nearby, mostly food places, along with a cute dairy. It's a fantastic location for a peaceful afternoon. It's also very close to the Willow Park Christian Campground. However, if you're looking for a great swimming spot, this might not be the best choice. The water remains quite shallow even far from the shore, which isn't ideal for a proper swim.
