We live in North Shore and Our family always enjoys food from here. The price is reasonable and the quality of the food is amazing. Tonight we bought a tray of vegetarian fried rice which cost $35 plus sweet and sour pork for dinner. The pork was good however we were very disappointed with the vegetarian fried rice. We have had veg fried rice from here several times and they put variety of veges, not just one or two but this time only frozen peas and some cauliflower. I called to complain about the quality of the food and the lady (appears to be the owner) responsed 'this is same fried rice and next time we come they will give us a small one to make up for this' . I mentioned to her this isn't the point its about the quality of the food and the cost we paid and this isn't what we normally get. Long story short I asked to be compensated somehow as we live in North Shore and can't drive back to return the food. she wasn't happy (she didn't believe us that we live in North Shore, I offered to send proof of address) and said if you want your $35 you come now and hung up. Now this isn't how you treat your customers when you want business. She also mentioned not to come there again which I totally agreed with. With that kind of attitude on the phone will definitely not recommend this place. It took my husband 1.5hrs to and from just to get a refund as she refused to do a bank transfer. I have been a regular customer for a cpl of years and the food and service has always been excellent..For the first time last week I felt that the meal I ordered was not upto the usual standard so called to let them know..The lady who took my call was extremely apologetic and offered to make a new one straight away..As I was already at hm I declined the offer but she said next time they would no charge me..so last night I ordered my regular combination soft noodle..I arrived to collect it..I didn't need to say anything there was no charge and once again very apologetic..am pleased to say that the meal was once again absolutely delicious..well done Mobil Corner Takeaway for excellent food and...

Just spent $73 here and all I can say is what a waste it was soooo oily and the fries were not fresh at all I was just so disappointed and we will never buy from here again. Usually they are really good but today was just a let down and after using that kind of money for that kind of food i will not be giving second chances. Please save your money and go...
