The newly renovated playground is a fantastic addition, and it’s quickly become a favorite for my kids and me. Read moreThis is our favorite spot to take our dogs being just down the street. For the most part the other dog owners are friendly and have well behaved dogs. Only on two occasions have we run into naughty owners with an untrained dog. All the others we've encountered have been positive. I do recommend avoiding the off lead area if you're afraid of dogs as there tend to be a lot of dogs.
I love seeing the Rosellas in the off lead area. There are plenty of wood pigeons and Tuis throughout the park.

Plenty of parking, 2x public toilets available, poo bags are provided for people walking their dogs and plenty of rubbish bins around. There's a playground for the kids, and a bqq area at the top.
