Spicery Hotel Campbell — Attraction in Lagos Island

This is a hotel that needs a fresh overview. It has the potential to be amazing. Management need to ensure all facilities are functional. Basic things...hot water clean drains, touch up leak water marks, not nice to wake up to grotty ceiling. Toilet door was shut as the smell from the drain made us gag. Amazing things about this hotel....the awesome staff, welcoming, polite, helpful and most important quiet as they go about their activities. Food: 3 slices of Yam and egg took an hour to arrive. Grilled fish tasted like sandpaper. These are quick win if addressed, will def stay again. Spicery hotel Campbell is a 3 or 4 star although is a 3 star hotel but their services are of 4 star hotel, their room rate range from 20000 and above base on one's need or capable, the hotel has its annex directly behinde it, the staff are well train they are customer oriented, infact from restaurant, laundry, house keep, and reception staff...

The room in size not bad but it is very dirty dust everywhere including in the wall light balcony door not ok problem with opening,fan not rotating just standing in one position not everyone likes direct breeze contact always the worst part that need more attention is the bathroom the wash hand sink black dirt with water standing after brushing...
