Austad Manor — Attraction in Drammen

Beautiful interior and a wonderful garden, but the site is shamed by its exterior. The outside of the building shows clear signs of extreme neglect over several years, as evident from large patches of paint loosened from the walls, large holes in the walls' corners from woodpeckers, and more. Quite sad as this building is otherwise quite exquisite located on a very nice piece of land. More, or any, maintenance and it will score better in my book. Oh, and for goodness sake, please try to get at least SOME of all those wonderful paintings straight on the wall... Saves visitors from...
