Burgerland — Restaurant in Drammen

Tasty burgers, tidy and great place, but customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Keep in mind that I have eaten at this place 3 times before and every time I’ve ordered food from here there has been poor customer service.

One time I ordered a burger without any sauce (for my younger brother), and they give me a burger with sauce on it. The burger is fantastic, the place is fantastic but the customer service is one of the poorest around. There is one guy that ruins it all for them. He is rude, behaves bad and is one of the most racist i have seen.He asked me to learn Norwegian to order food there. I was with my wife and 2 kids of 4 year old and 7 month old. The place is tidy and clean. The service is good. The food looks very nice and yummy. But I don't know what was wrong with the meat this time that I could not finish it, even though I was still hungry. And my friend who was also with me became very sick the day after that.
