Loved it! Easy hike, quite a pleasurable experience. We stopped many times on the road, fully enjoying the scenery. On our way back we did not take the same road, but returned on the side facing the haven. Bad idea, don’t do like we did! This part is crowded, almost city-like.

Quiet, beautiful, worth some hours of hiking. Not the most scenographic place in Norway, but definitely a plus for Kristiansand.

Wir haben hier am Abend nach der Fährüberfahrt nach Kristiansand übernachtet. Erst am Morgen erblickten wir die Schönheit des Ortes. Man hat eine gute Aussicht auf Kristiansand, die Bucht und Inseln. Es ist wunderschön da oben zu stehen. Contra: Camper die über Nacht bleiben sollten beachten, dass sich Abends Jugendliche in der Nähe befinden, was öfters mal laut ist.

Flott sted med flere kanonstillinger. Rett nedenfor fortet finnes to kanoner som er vel bevart.
