As far as beach fronts go, I've seen my fair share, and this one comes pretty standard with above-average fjord views. This is a lovely little park suitable for mountain bikers, runners, and people who just want to go out for a stroll. One can easily while away the long Norwegian summer days here, with a lazy barbecue and a long draw from a hookah pipe (I was an eyewitness to both of these activities).

Beautiful little beach on the outskirts of Trondheim. Reasonable sized parking area, toilets, and easy access to the shore. Some picnic tables and fireplaces. There’s also a couple of ladders over by the rocks if you fancy going for a swim. Having walked around Trondheim old town during the day this was a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

A lovely outdoors spot with football field, beach, toilets (could have been cleaner, no paper) and a great coastal walk. The walk has a lot of ups and downs so some fitness is required. Old bunkers on the walk made it interested also for a preteen boy. The parking is a little limited by space and time, no camping allowed.

If you you’re looking for a lovely place to enjoy the sun and have a fresh air with an amazing view into the fjord, this would be the perfect place for you in Trondheim! And it’s close to Lade area. Highly recommended also sometimes the beach turns into a NudeBeach which is wow in this beautiful nature!

A hidden place for dating place. There is a small area for swimming, and also a place for simple shower. The best time to visit there is afternoon to witness the stunning sunset. If you want to enjoy jogging with breathtaking seaside view, it is very suggested to having a great experience in there.

Perfect place to relax or jog or run or exercise or do yoga or meditate or read a book. Great views of ocean. The breeze will do it's magic to make you feel refreshed completely. Don't forget to carry your water bottle (and may be a snack).
