Kashmir Amusement Park — Attraction in Karachi Division

Kashmir park formerly known as Askari park was closed after the incident in which swing was grounded due to some technical issues. Now, it is renamed after Kashmir. Place is quite and atmosphere is calm. As it is situated on University road so is accessible easily. Park has guards to ensure proper security. Entrance has machines to check for any weapons. Entry/Maintainance charges are Rs. 50 per person. Special person's entry is free. Park is quite big and afford entertainment to all from kids to old aged people. It has some hollow Statues and one may click the photos with them. Swings for kids are in playland where virtual reality for adults is also available. If you want to shop toys, dresses and other stuff, shops are available in park. For food, you may have burgers, chaat, golgappay and other savories with cold drinks. Place is not rushy even on holidays. One thing which is worth mentioning that prices of even packed food is high. You can get Rs 40 lays packet in Rs. 50. Other rides were good but rollercoaster is very dangerous and designed poorly. It's congested and squeezed in a small area. 3 of my nieces got their head hit the side handle very hardly. And 1 got her elbow hit and it turned purple. The turns are too sharp and extreme causing you to hit the sidelines. Rollercoaster are supposed to be scary. It shouldn't hurt you physically. If you had space, you could have the made the turns more smoother not sharp. The haunted mansion is boring and comical. Instead of walking by ourselves across the house. The told us to stand in line and then the performer come out suddenly pretending to hit us. You think that's scary? There was no twist. No jumpscare, no hidden traps. Also it was very dark. I couldn't even see the ghost face properly. How am I supposed to be scared of it? There were only 2 acts by the performer. Both time the performer came out suddenly and pretend to hit us. We are just smiling there like fools instead of being scared....
