i had the worst experience by arranging my wedding in Royal Palm Silver Bell Marquee. Food was terrible, they were serving us old stored food, chicken was cold from inside and hard to bite, looked like left over of another function. Almost 25 guests were short and they had not provided us with our remaining food which we had paid for already.

Labor did not knew what to do and was unwilling to work, we had to give them directions ourselves to put food on guest's tables and they did not even served food on head tables which were specially arranged and decorated. Everyone in staff from waiter to security head was asking for tips from every guest, we were embarrassed after hearing this from our guest families.

As for the Decor which was done by their in house decoration company "Blossoms", it was even worst. Photos were shown upon deciding stage and decoration but final result was cheap looking decor with minimal flowers and shi*ty lighting. initially i thought i am getting the best decor service since i was paying way higher amount than the other companies and photos looked good too but Blossoms charged me 1.45 lakh and provided me cheap looking stage decor with 4 console tables besides walkway carpet.

i would recommend that avoid Royal Palm for wedding events at all, don't fall for fake...

I would say it depends who is involved in making the arrangements. We have arranged a family wedding recently. A few updates.

Please make sure Rida is NOT the person hired for interior decor. She uses very cheap quality material ( I can share the images containing rusty and stained couches, carpets and dim lighting.

Issue is you cannot change the venue in the last hour so please be sure to firm out the details. - definite no Rida for interior.

Food quality and taste - on the contrary to our discussion food is just OK. No where close to the taste and quality of Lahorei food.

Last no test rooms in Bab Al Shams marquee. It is painful for elderly people to use the restroom, this was also not disclosed at the time of booking.

Please be careful which making reservation. It’s is nice place area wise but services offered are really substandard.

In the end if you have schedule an event at Royal Palm please definitely NO Rida as party decorator....
