It is a beach. No dispute there. However, the sole attraction to this SPECIFIC piece of beach compared to any other is the 'Bocas del Toro' sign. Which is why I walked down here, I wanted a picture of the sign and I was bored.
Fair warning, though - if you are walking up the beach from Bocas Town it's easy to cruise right past the sign. It's up by the road so if you're looking at the surf you'll likely miss it.
