Boquete Tree Trek Adventure Park — Attraction in Los Naranjos

We’re in the process of organizing a zipline tour at Tree Trek in Boquete for our son’s birthday. The location and activity look great, and we’re really looking forward to it.

However, our experience with the reservation process has been confusing and frustrating. When my wife first visited the office to ask about a group reservation, the staff clearly told her that there would be a group discount for 8 or more people — reducing the price from $65 to $56 per person. Based on that, we went ahead and coordinated with the families of our son's friends, and we managed to confirm 8 participants.

But when we returned to finalize the booking (and spoke with a different staff member), we were suddenly told that the discount only applies to groups of more than 10, which contradicts the earlier information we were given. No apology, no flexibility — just a change in policy without explanation.

We haven’t done the tour yet, and we still hope it will be a great experience for the kids. But clear and consistent communication is really important, especially when families are making plans and budgeting around what was promised.

I made a reservation for 10am and was told after purchasing to show up 15min early to our activity but when we arrived the tour didn’t actually start until 10:30. While we waited had drinks in the restaurant and had the most awkward interaction with the staff. We ordered drinks and the baristas got them wrong and when we asked to have them redone to how we ordered and paid for them they brought us the correct drinks and when we got up to leave they cornered us and demanded payment for the other drinks. Obviously there was a misunderstanding but the staff was unbelievably rude about it.

With that said we ended up doing the hanging bridge hike and luckily that was awesome. Our guide was so informative over the hike telling us all about the flora, fauna and history of the park! The views were absolutely spectacular! It was torrential downpour the whole time we toured but it was still a lot of fun in the rain.

Highly suggest the hanging bridge tour but do NOT recommend ordering from the restaurant...

Can't review the rooms (because I didn't stay there), but I did try the Zip-Line and Superman activities, and they were AMAZING!! Absolutely fantastic experience and the guides were all friendly and funny, always joking around with us and making us feel comfortable. This adds to the fact that they're all so knowledgeable and experienced, so perfect all-round. The Zip-Line tour was fun and took a good 1.5h (group of 17 or so), while the superman took a little longer tgab 30mins, because we were only a group of 3, but was very exhilarating. If you're a fan of majestic and stunning sights, being up high, shouting across mountain ranges, and joking around with fun guys, then this is a MUST if you're in Boquete. I personally preferred the Superman activity because it was higher up and you go quicker than on a Zip-Line, but the Zip-Line Adventure was...
