Probably the most touristy spot in pucon. If you go into this knowing this it’ll be more enjoyable for you. Several platforms around the lagoons that end up being very crowded with people waiting to take pictures and then leaving. But even with the crowds it’s incredibly beautiful and absolutely worth the visit. Only takes about 30-60 minutes to see the whole area and tickets can be bought at the entrance If your looking for a more private experience then check out any of the numerous waterfalls along Rio palguin that’s about a 15-20 minute drive away

This is what they call "the second entrance" to the Ojos de Caburga and where you can actually see the 3 waterfalls aligned, and the 4th on the other side. On the first entrance, along the S-905 road, the views are very limited. To get here by bus, you should get off at the El Cristo stop, walk +- 2km along the road S-919, and there will be signs indicating the way. The entrance was 2000 clp. Around noon is when the sun light hits all of the lagoon and the view is prettier.

Apparently there are a couple of families in this place fighting each other for the control of the name of the place ("Ojos del Caburgua"), so you may enter through two different places, about a kilometer apart. In fact, in one of the places there are prominent signs saying "To reach the other place you have to go back to the road and reenter about a km ahead".

The place is beatiful, no doubt, but walking areas are heavily restricted, so there are limited places to watch or to take a selfie in. Entry fees are not high (CL$2000, or about US$2.5 per person), but you get the feeling that you shouldn't have bothered.

If you're looking for gorgeous trekking sites, you'll be better off visiting...

A touristic fraud if you ask me... You pay to get in, and then discover you paid only to access 2 wooden platforms and a 'laguna', which is more of a big (beautiful) puddle. Seriously, calling that 'laguna azul' is an insult to Patagonian landscape. You want to go on more platforms? Pay more, you want to take a short walk to a mirador? Pay more, you want to use the toilets? Pay more... Patagonia offers so many beautiful landscapes, lagoons and waterfalls, many of them for free. Save yourselves the disappointment and...
