Lovely beach in Carnelian Bay. View of the coniferous trees and hills is amazing. It's unique in the sense that it has pebbles and not the typical golden sand. There is a small cafè and water sports options to choose from. Better get a chair to sit here. Beach mat may not help. Pet friendly! Only drawback is that parking is very limited. We luckily found a spot on a weekday afternoon. Check out the video on my IG food and travel page @veggie_central

Truly a classic and one of the best beaches North Shore. The rocks are beautiful and smooth and make for great skipping! The water is crystal clear and you get to see some great boats come and go from Sierra Boat Company! Some of the locals know this beach as “Rubbing Rock Beach”.

Fantastic little beach! It is all pebbles/rocks and dogs are allowed. I thought it was fantastic to bring my baby and get away from a majority of the tourists. My brother loved it for his first time at Tahoe
