The Paw Station — Attraction in 2nd District

I checked in Smirnoff and CowCow for 5 days since I had a trip to Singapore. The Paw Station gave me peace of mind that my furbabies are safe and sound. They have small to large in-door cages. My furbabies slept comfortably in large cage together. Fyi, I hated putting them in a cage but I had no choice this trip. The Paw Station helped me be at peace despite being away because of their space/set-up. They even had security camera and would give you access to view what your dogs are doing. They'd feed your pets at your designated time and would bring them to bath if they stayed for 3...

after magpa-groom sa kanila ng pet ko, parang bigla na lang siya nagugulat at nanginginig akala ko dahil nilalamig lang kasi manipis na gupit sa kanya kaya lagi siya naka sweater simula day 1 ng pagka-groom sa kanya. 2 days after, bigla ko napansin na nagkamot siya sa tenga and pagchacheck ko may sugat pala. mahapdi siguro kasi manipis lang naman ears. yung una akala ko dumi lang yun pala sugat. 2 times na ’to nangyari pero nung unang beses na nangyari akala ko aksidente lang pero di na kami bumalik simula non nagkataon lang na full slot na sa iba kaya bumalik kami rito. hindi lang namin naireklamo agad nung mismong araw ng pina-groom dahil late napansin kasi nga di naman na bungad yung sugat sa ears gaya ng una. sa tago siya kaya di rin agad napansin and akala ko okay na yung pagtanggal nila ng balahibo sa tenga. nilalagnat tuloy yung pet namin :

I do not know the service I'd get from this shop if i would bring by dog for grooming but the customer service on google maps chat is very bad, they never respond. If the owner would not have time to even respond to the chat why would he/she even put a chat button there if they wouldnt even have time to chat or respond. It's just disappointing. I have asked many questions but no answer...
