I attended as a guest to my cousin's wedding, and had my wedding here. I was able to do their food tasting as well.

They are very accommodating. Any requests that are clear and communicated well are well received by their team. We have some reasonable requests from them and they obliged them and were very helpful to us in any way possible. The venue was near our Church. We loved that it was a venue that our wedding planner suggested and we immediately fell in love with the place. Due to its proximity to the Church, our guests did not need to travel that long to our venue. The place was huge. They have a garden outdoors, a main indoor ballroom, a boardroom(a place for our food tasting and groomsmen shoot), an elevator for PWD access, a covered drop-off place(in case it rains), and a big reception. We only had 100 guests but can accommodate twice that. The food was spectacular. We did our food tasting a year in advance and on the day itself, it was just perfect. Our guests kept complimenting everything! The best among these was "If only I could bring home some of the food.."! We did the in-house catering to lessen our worries with suppliers and we were pleasantly surprised with their attention to perfection. They also were eager for feedback on their food at night's end. Communication was timely, clear, and prompt. They would reply promptly - whether it was an inquiry, a request, or a set of instructions that we needed to comply with.

Thank you for having us and improving Arocarria through the years it has opened. You make those who book your place and services secure about how you strive to make each event better...

We attended a wedding reception here last Sunday, and it's a really nice upscale events venue. There was ample parking space, but some slots are located two flights of stairs above the main building. Fortunately, there is a well designed drop-off area that's covered so my passengers did not get wet even though it was raining. There's a lobby/waiting area as you enter the building. The size is ok but there were not enough seats. It's difficult for senior citizens to be standing for a long time. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The main ballroom was really beautiful, especially the chandeliers. My main issue is the location. It is a ways off the highway so we had a difficult time navigating the relatively narrow road on a foggy...

The wedding venue is located approximately a kilometer away from the main street, providing a secluded and serene atmosphere. The staff were incredibly accommodating, although it was unclear if they were part of the wedding planner or the venue itself. The restroom facilities were clean, and the waiting area was exceptionally comfortable. While the food offered a wide variety of choices, the overall taste fell short of expectations. A balance between variety and quality is essential for a memorable dining experience...
