Needs improvement although the staff are nice but when we went there it was raining and the photographer who introduced herself as the tourguide but in fact she was just there to take our photos which is fine but next time they should have ask first because I felt like we were being rushed and wasn't enjoying the place enough because she had to take our photos to every spot she asks for the sake of the photos which they would sell for a very ridiculous price. 200 per photo and you had to buy minimum 3 photos to avail my husband bought the photo so he talked me into taking it anyway but personally I would never pay 600 pesos for it just imagine people who will be bothered to take these photos and at the end of the day will surprise you to this ridiculous price. Once the photo session was done with that crew, my husband wanted to go back again to the places we didn't have enough photos for ourselves, but I was too tired already and it was raining it really spoilt my mood. I just wished the place would improve and train the staff to ask the guests first if they would like their photos taken before proceeding to take photos on every spot I really hate it when she said she was the tourguide. Entrance fee is 150 for adult and kids. Maybe we'll visit the place again to give it...

Had our Educational Tour here and this place didn't and have no common sense and proper etiquette of reserving a dedicated parking slots for tour buses. So what happened? We had to line up waiting for our bus to fetch us one bus at a time because there's no parking slot left for the buses. Instead of the usual scenario that we can hop on the bus whenever we want after the tour to rest and eat while waiting for others. Take note, it's almost 12 noon and everyone was hungry and tired.

This place is not tour friendly especially if you're on a tourist bus. Also their own tour guides are very rude, not just to guests but with their fellow guides. While we're on a specific area, another tour guide asks us to go out so her group can get inside that area even though our guide is still explaining to us what that area is. Nothing much to see here but rude and unprofessional staffs 👎 there are other destinations you can go, never consider...

This is just an honest review & based on our experience. The 150 Php entrance fee is too high for what you will see & experience, they could have lowered it down to like 100 or 75. Because, the place needs clean up like when you go to male restrooms too smelly, too dark I do not know if the lights are working. The flush is not working. The animatronics needs general maintenance or probably a replacement. There were also some attractions that needed cleaning too. The food was too pricey when we ordered Bicol Express, Dinuguan & 4 cups of rice. We paid around 860 Php for 2 people only. We rated this place for 2 stars because the staff & crew were nice to talk too, and the place is quite close to nature or if you would like to have some sort of getaway for a while from the city but do not...

The entrance fee is cheap but the place is so poorly maintained it's not worth the trip. The place is dirty, broken down, and smelled. Lots of mangoes from the trees in and around the area have fallen and were left to rot on the grounds. Although it's ok that the ATV course had a separate fee, it was too short. We walked around for 30 minutes and left as there was nothing to do.
