Bel-at Rock Formation — Attraction in Biri

Surreal! Biri nice, Biri good, Biri beautiful! These jaw-dropping rock formations of Biri Island, carved by waves and winds over 15–20 million years, make it one of the most stunning natural wonders of Northern Samar — my 68th province! 🗺️

Biri Island is part of the Biri Larosa Protected Landscape and Seascape, known not just for its massive rock formations but also for its rich marine biodiversity, mangrove forests, and vibrant local culture. Northern Samar itself is home to unspoiled beaches, hidden waterfalls, and the warm hospitality of Waray people. Can’t wait to be back and explore more of you!

Follow the road less travelled! It's amazing that these rocks were formed a thousand years ago. It's not an easy place to travel but it's worth it. You can trek these rocks to see the beautiful Pacific Ocean. The natural pool that connects the ocean to the island is a perfect place to swim and for snorkling.

There are accomodations in the island for a fair price. Abundance of sea food that you can score in their market.

Hopefully the local goverment impose a stricter rules in trash management for tourist as the island is getting more popular to locals and non...

Reminder always: Use Sunblock Have an umbrella or a cap Cover up! Full body. Unless you wanna get tanned Most importantly: listen to what your tour guide is telling you.

The place was awesome. Scenic. Watch your step though because some wet rocks are slippery. Follow what your tour guide is telling you for your own safety. Don't get too excited. You can let your tour guide take some pictures of you. Highly recommended because they're awesome photographers! 👍 And another important reminder..... don't litter!
