Calamba Baywalk — Attraction in Calamba

Highly recommend this for birders

Went here on a Sunday Morning and saw various bird species

Black-crowned night heron Reed sp (having difficulty identifying) White browed crake egret sp tern sp yellow bittern

Of course other regulars:

Eurasian tree sparrow Yellow vented Bulbul

Non birding activities:

There’s zumba, not sure how regular it is since we went on a sunday

There are also merchants selling food, clothes, bags, accessories, etc.

Calamba Baywalk is a park and a port situated in Laguna De Bay.

This is the gateway to the ferry service towards Wonder Island Resort and a one-way ferry ride to Talim Island, which is a one-hour travel across the bay.

There is a floating restaurant opened in certain hours, and a certain tricycle terminal beside the bridge full of water hyacinths.
