The park is nice for the eye but there's definitely a lot of ways to improve it. It has non-marked weird small entrance, quite a struggle to even find it, feels like you came through some backdoor workers entrance left open and unattended by accident. You can bring some snacks and drinks to enjoy on one of the benches if you manage to get one that's not occupied. Other than for taking few pictures not much else to do around this place as a couple. Mostly just some general common fast food around. Mall close by not very impressive, mostly just DIY and market store. For me not worth a 1h+ trip one way. Would feel better if this was just a half hour stop on a way to see sth...

Nothing can compare in terms of sophistication and grandeur the fountain that beautifies the Naga City Park at night, the Pasilong sa Naga. Open everyday except for Monday, see how the structure comes alive as the flow of water pours out starting around 4 to 5 in the afternoon.

By 6 in the evening, the fountain lits up in the most magestic way possible. Each nozzles and each of its rings illumminates the whole area, magnifying its elegance ten folds. What a spectacle to behold!

There is no entrance fee. Entrance to the structure/fountain can be accessed in front...

This park also serve as an installation that features lights and water showcase. This is best viewed at night. I heard that this installation is a joint work between the city and the Cebuano artist, Kenneth Cobonpue. This piece of installation is reminiscent of his signature works that employs both organic shapes and materials. Aside from the various seatings, performance stage, and walkways around the fountain, there is also a cafe that offers...

One of the best specially when not crowded. Amazing and relaxing ambience. Organized & clean area when we visited, I believe also their rest rooms. Kudos to the government of Naga and the architect behind. This would be one of our best spots to hangout here in Cebu. Best day to visit is during weekdays because during weekends expect a very crowded visit.
