Jollibee — Restaurant in Cebu

I don't take delight on yelling on the Jollibee crews and to the manager after a disappointing Drive Thru experience; however, I hope it would serve as a wakeup call to them to improve their Drive Thru service.

For context, we were asked by one of the crew to wait for our order near the exit way (a few meters away the Drive Thru receiving window). We moved a few meters near the exit. To my surprise (looking on the rear view mirror), the order of the car behind us appears to have been completed faster than our order. I realized the car behind us would like to get out of the Drive Thru (since their order was completed) but we in front on the exit way was blocking them and other cars on the Drive Thru. I was apologetic to the car behind us for inadvertently blocking them.

I thought of moving out the Drive Thru to park nearby so as not further obstruct cars behind us; unfortunately, there were a series of No Parking sign just next to the Drive Thru exit. I had no choice but to park farther away from the No Parking signs. I had to walk a couple minutes back to the receiving window where I learned that time that our still being cooked and will be available in 10 minutes. I thought we were buying Drive Thru food? This Jolibee branch did this inconvenience us and I expect they will do this again on...

Jollibee is also a great venue to hold events. This fastfood chain is a favourite place for kids' birthdays, and even adults. Their events place can also be used for holding meetings, presentations, seminars...

Last Friday, I ordered a family pan of spaghetti. I was about to pay using my card; however, the lady/crew member (I will not drop her name) advised me to wait for 45 minutes. I mean, come on Jollibee City of Naga, this is the only branch so far that asks customers to wait for 45 minutes for spaghetti, and this is fast food. The worst part is, I am a very understanding person, but the way you approached me was ridiculous. You were rude and disrespectful to your customers. I was observing you, lady; if you dislike your job, please resign and look for another job that suits you better. If I had ordered a bucket of chicken and they asked me to wait 30 minutes, not 45 minutes, I would understand, but please ask nicely next time. Do not act like you own this...
