Lusong Coral Garden — Attraction in Coron

Lusong Coral Garden is located off coron islands in palawan. The water is very clear and corals of all shape, size and color exists. Various kinds of colorful fishes makes the coral a very attractive and one of the best places to snorkel in coron. Life vest and flippers are must as there are strong currents at time. Best way to enjoy the snorkel would be to get off your boat at one end and drift alongwith the current and get into the boat at the other end. TONS of cabbage corals. Average amount of reef fish. Saw two different turtles. Also saw a nice pair if black and white nudibranchs. About 10 cm long. Beautiful fan corals and pipe corals.

Also saw quite a bit of broken coral. There is a pearl farm about 200 meters off shore, and the little base camp is by coral gardens so I imagine damaged coral is from boat activity...
