Maharlika Beach Resort — Attraction in General Santos

So bad experienced in this resort.we arrived the resort around 8 pm and no other customers that day only our family. It was low tide and the sea water was so far from the shore and it was very dark because there were no lights along the shore so we were scared to swim that night. Morning time around 6:30 am it's high tide again so we want to swim then the Security Guard and the other staffs of the Maharlika Beach Resort approached us in our cottage and say...u have to leave before 7:00am otherwise we will charge u again if u will not leave now..we were very disappointed to this resort. We regret a lot why we went there. TROPICANA BEACH is better than this Maharlika because in Tropicana beach..if come night time then u can stay until noon time. Tropicana Beach and London...

When it comes to fresh water pool this place gets the award. Typical 4 to 5 ft deep. Near the pool is is the sea. You can choose freely.

I only give 4 stars because if I compare the overall status of the beach to other they are not competitive.

Before, this beach is in the top places to visit when it comes to family bonding in beaches but not anymore. Price is not friendly anymore especially the cottage. There are also houses where you can rent to sleep overnight but thay do not maintain it anymore.

Infairness to the beach we have so many beautiful memories here thats why everytime I look at this place I see sparkling nostalgic lights. Thanks...

This place is so DISGUSTING!! SPECIFICALLY THEIR COMFORT ROOM AND THE POOL ! They Don't Have proper waste disposals, Sanitary napkins are everywhere. It even has bloods on it and no care-taker had clean it. They have no rooms for their guest to stay in. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD GIVE THIS PLACE NOT JUST AN F GRADE BUT Z!!
