Dolores Tropicana Resort — Hotel in General Santos

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dolores Tropicana Resort, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. From the moment we booked our reservations, everything was smooth and efficient. The resort has clearly invested in improving its facilities, from the villas to the beach itself, which was pristine and inviting.

What stood out the most was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Special mention goes to the manager who not only accommodated our requests but also made my niece's birthday party unforgettable. The exclusive beach area provided with our room was a nice touch, offering privacy away from the crowds.

Older resort that is neglected. Make sure you have and your family have your tetanus vaccine if you rent a cottage. The over priced cottages are dirty and have exposed rusty metal all around. The shower area is horrific and and 90% of the showers don't work. The beach was average and not as littered as I seen at other resorts. Final word is they should remove the word Resort from their name and replace it with "Beach Access" because to call this a resort is a disservice to other resorts. This place was ghetto! Only 2 expectations will be met here. The first is you will pay too much for what you receive. The second is you can access the Beach.
