I went to the Philippines in June to July and that I really recommend to go there but when it turns night there's gonna be these idk like black big Flys after your wet and your in a tricycle so try leaving early instead of leaving at night cause you'll be seeing bugs a lot and I'm filipino American but my family is all filipino but for people thar are American and that wants to go to the Philippines please be prepared cause once your there you'll start getting Mosquito or bug bites and other things and it's even gonna be hot do pls just try Researching what to do when you get to the Philippines and take notes so yeah that's all I have to say (note: if you have bug bites the recovery takes long to go away so wear lotion everytime or use anti-Mosquito lotion from Watsons which I recommend!) The sky, the good weather, the wind, the silence of the place, the smell of fresh air, the sound of the waves and the cleanliness of beach just make the entire scenery perfect. It is an ideal place to have a family day or simply "me-day". It is a good place to contemplate. The place is generally peaceful and solemn. I thanked the Holy Creator for bringing me to this wonderful place. You can visit this place for free. There are restaurants in the area. There was an ongoing construction along the beach when I went there so it was a little muddy but I still gave it 5 stars because of the wide view of the sea.

If you are not a fan of white sand, this is a good beach in general. I like white sand beaches more. It's a public beach, the water is nice and is not polluted. You can just park anywhere on the road, then go for a swim or probably just sit on the sand and watch the waves, enjoy the breeze, wait for the sunset. The best time to go is either early morning or late in the afternoon to avoid the heat of the sun. There's a resto nearby. Manage your expectations since there are no showers nearby, no cottages. The nearest hotel you'll find is Ovemar Resort.
