If you’re looking for a beach that is CLEAN, AFFORDABLE, TRANSPARENT WITH THEIR POLICY and WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT COME TO THIS RESORT!!

I came in without a lot of expectations, going to a sub-standard resort, I expected nothing but just polite service and a good time.

They have a 12 hour policy, which to we expected was going to count from the moment we checked in. What they didn’t tell us, was that it starts from 6AM on the day of reservation until 6PM. We arrived by 4PM to have an overnight stay, and we only consumed 2 hours, and we had to pay in FULL! For the cottage and the entrance. I just hoped they told us about this beforehand, so we atleast had this in mind with our 6 hour land travel!

FLIES!!! Their are a LOT OF FLIES THAT KEEPS ON GOING AROUND THE FOOD. And the guests.

Bring you tents. Their prices for TENTS are 500 and for MATS are 200. CRAZY!!! Which I say is only fair, WHEN IT IS ATLEAST DECENT AND ARE IN GOOD CONDITION. BUT IT WAS NOT. THEY DON’t have any other accommodations available than guests bringing in their tents or renting them lol, just buy a tent its the same price for their rent fee lol.

The staffs are SO keen on asking for payments on the spot! I wish they have a tab system to atleast total the expenses after the check out. It is just annoying when they keep on asking fo mr payments when the people are all in the moment just trying to have a good time.

Beach is a mid. Meh there was a lot of rocks you need to have a foot wear so it doesn’t hurt you. It goes for the neighboring beaches too.

I’ve had experienced staying in other neighboring beach resorts like Midway and the wservice was just much better. I’d say this was not the best time I had from the past travels i had before in Initao. Really...

When it comes to beaches, I consider three factors: (1) sand – I prefer fine-white sand because it adds to the beauty of the beach; (2) water clarity – the clarity of the beach makes it more inviting to swim; and (3) cleanliness – the natural beauty of the beach will be overshadowed if we do not keep it clean. It's uncommon to find a beach resort with these attributes, especially in CDeO, so I broadened my search and discovered that Initao has the nicest white beaches in Misamis Oriental. As a beach fan, I intend to visit each of Initao's beaches, but for now, we'll concentrate on Isidro's Beach Resort.

This resort is very spacious, and I enjoyed the coconut trees that surrounded the cottages. The managers kept the facility clean, and there was enough privacy to be had. When it comes to communicating rules and regulations to its clients, the resort management is well-organized, and they never failed to keep me informed about the status of my reservation. There are outlets in each cottage, as well as a cooking station (grilling and dirty kitchen) near the beach entrance. You are not charged if you bring your own food and drinks, however hard drinks are absolutely prohibited and will pay (Php 500) if you bring them. Their cottages range in price from Php 1,500 to Php 2,500, depending on the number of guests that make a reservation.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and an unforgettable moment for me. I only hope that they will soon have their own website where people can readily access information and make bookings...

Nice place. Went there for an overnight. Their pathway to the beach is dark. Gate closes at 9pm.

AREA The area is wide. There's a lot of coconut trees which is nice (for me). Cottages are nice, including their tables with canopy tent. There's a camping area on the left corner but you can put up your tent in the beach front when staying overnight. The comfort rooms and shower rooms are great, there's 2 comfort rooms for both men and women and 6 shower rooms.

RATES Entrance fee 40 Camping 100/head Tables with canopy tent 700 Cottages 1,200 - 1500

*Overnight rates Camping 150/head Tables with canopy tent 700 +50/head entrance fee

RULES *No videoke *No loud music, etc Unless the area has been reserved for...

I am not sure if this is still the current price but this was taken last year at the height of the pandemic Dec 2020. Quite expensive for 1 contributor only but if many would join the pot luck, I'm sure costs can be controlled. It is nice to come here during the evening. Place looks really more like boracay due to its lights and nice shoreline. Actually costly place. I am not sure how they do it but I was hoping they could have had a beach that is public but still looks equally amazing...But place does look well maintained and there is shower available so this is a great beach as well. But still expensive considering we are not in boracay.
