The only covered stadium in Muntinlupa, accessible only by private vehicles, tricycle from nearby PNP Susana (Brgy. Tunasan), or nearby residents. Currently it is a sports stadium near Laguna de Bay, but it is used as One-Stop Muntinlupa Business Permits and Renewal every January of each year. The venue was chosen by Muntinlupa BPLO to accommodate voluminous number of Business Permits and Renewal applicants. It is a one-stop shop because of the requirements from different government agencies and non-government services are stationed in one venue for applicant's convenience (e.g. BFP, Photocopier, Notary Public, Barangays under Muntinlupa jurisdiction for purpose of Barangay Clearances). Parking is wide. It has parking spaces unless important events are held.

It is a very large place, they had a basketball arena. In fact it has a long walk path outside for people who likes to jog and it is facing to the Laguna Lake which makes you feel the calm breeze of winds. At night a lot of families visits this place because street foods are in this place and they also have a large Baseball/Football field that soon would be a...
