First thing and foremost! would like to share our own experiences with the resorts! Anyway the resort is nice and okay but entrance fee 300 is way to expensive for a overnight stay start at 2pm until 10am. if exist you need to pay additional 100 per hour. Cottage is expensive also 1600 for medium size only and if you have exist hour u need to pay 20 or 50% of the price of the cottage rented. Next you have canteen but no important basic necessities like water and etc. The Rooms are way to expensive too- 2 pax is 3000 aircon but not CR. 4pax is 5000 no cr also. And then theyre rooms are too old and smell bad. It needs to update and renovate it and put CR! because its realy important to a private room to have theyre own cr. Also the public CR's are to dirty and need to update all the doors are all broken and damages. Please tagaeg pag tagad among mga concerns and suggestions. because maganda ang resort kaya lang ang daming need e improves! plus the grilling station also karaan na kaayo! need e change sad.If you value your costumers please give them credit! Okay lang magbayad nang mahal as long as worth it yong binayaran! And also you have policy no NOICE after 10 pm! Pero wala nasunod. Imbes makarelax me kay we are very tired in our work and life outside wa na nuon kay grabeh kasaba! mga laing customer nagbuntaganay og tagay, sounds og wajud pakialam! Daghan mog staff pero ni isa wala jud nagbadlong nila! Makadissappoint lang jud. hahayz. well ill be back if theres major improved but if wala di na siguro! Charge of experience na lang jud. Datu kaayo ang tag iya sa resorts pero wala may pagtagad oi.. ahahayz. Sayang...
Read more-Olivia Sands (Uraya Beach) has nice and wide Beach Front perfect for sun bathing and selfies. It is also a good place for team building and family reunions.
-Cottages were regularly cleaned. Each cottage has fire extinguisher. The open cottage we rented was quite big. For me it can fit 15-20 person. For day tour you can rent table and chairs to maximize your budget. There are plenty of space for your table&chairs under the shade of the trees.
-They have open area (bermuda grass) which you can set up your tent for free but if you don't want get caught by the rain there is a covered court where you can set up though you need to pay for it.
-They have floating brigde & cottage where you can roam and take selfies.
-There are life guards around the beach monitoring the safety of the tourists especially those who are swimming in the deeper part of the ocean (snorkeling) and those who are kayaking
-Limited products were available in their canteen and have higher price compared to any grocery store. I suggest you to buy all the goods you need before you go here in olivia sands.
-We went here during weekend. There was a live band/Party at night time sponsored by the resort it lasted till 9:00 pm which I think is very considerate since there were babies and senior citizens in the resort. Decor Lights and small tables were place near the live band which looks warm and cute.
Overall I was satisfied with my experience here in Olivia Sands. A must add beach resort on your...
Read moreBeach: was okay most parts still needs development ambience was okay Facilities: CR, not maintained timely inhouse store, don't sell much, prices are unreasonable Price: cottage fee is understandable "early check-in fee" in the resort was unreasonable, would have been understandable if it was early check-in fee for the cottage but no tables and chairs "set" fee, 1 table+2 chairs set only can't request for additional chairs which is stupid, the reason they gave is that the next customers would be pitiful, they didn't even have that much customers to begin with surely they could accommodate the additional requests but they didn't. Customer service: little to no service at all, booking was already difficult, can't contact customer service directly, doesn't respond accordingly, had to contact a third party personnel just to confirm our booking and had to pay that personnel for that transaction as well
Overall: For the price we paid, it wasn't...
