This imposing neoclassical building was built during the American Occupation and serves as a hub for the local governance in the province of Pampanga. Portraits of former governors dating back to the Spanish colonial days are displayed inside. Ample parking space is provided outside and several historical markers are also installed in its grounds.

Transacted with the Provincial Treasurer Office, so far, their staff was accomodating to my requirement. The building is big and classical, it would be better if there is a location signs for the offices, you may get lost easily.
