Doña Leonila Urban Park — Attraction in San Pablo

Doña Leonila Park but for San Pabloeños its Sampaloc lake. Though San Pablo is blessed with 7 lakes, Sampaloc lake is the most popular. Through its circumferential road, bikers, brisk walkers, joggers even together with their different breed of dogs enjoying the fresh breeze of the air, watch the sunsets, dating and eating isaws(barbequed pork, chicken intestines, chicken feet) while experiencing the calm view of the lake. Thanks to our mayor, and some organizations they renovate and put cement benches with beautiful landscapes plus elegant lamp posts that add more beauty to the park. I have been visiting this place for 6 years and I am still in awe of it's beauty. Food stalls, restaurants, and resorts are available around the area. It is best to tour around the lake by bringing your own bike or renting. Bike rental is only P20 good for 1 round of cycling. It is also a good place to jog with a distance of 3.7 km. No internet connection, the ponds don't even have water, people stand on the seats, it's dusty cause people keep walking on the grass and the grass that's supposed to keep the dirt together dies which makes it dusty when the wind blows, the entrances and exits are also always closed so people are forced to do parkour.
