Relatively safe in daytime but was advised by tricycle drivers not to hang around by myself by evening. There are many street food options along the lake, as well as coffee and milktea trucks. Depends on the day and time, you will find various items sold, from anime figures, street ukay ukay, pets like hamsters, rabbits, birds, fish, etc. There are joggers, families, friends, dog pets hanging around the lake. I saw smokers in several parts of the lakes. There seems to be no designated area for smoking so it could be bothersome. The cleanliness could be improved and food options could be more varied.

Nice place to jog,walk,bike around the lake with a circumference of 3.7km. However,there is a need to clean up thrashes floating on the water. There are fish pens which pollutes the water and not good to look at. There is need to make a good landscaping around the lake,nit well maintained.the local government must invest in this to restire the natural beauty of this place

Awesome view of the lake indeed to experience. There really is a nees for the management or LGU to implement the No Parking rule or policy along Dagatan Boulevard for a better traffic organization. Great street foods are available in the area that you can fill your hungry stomach. Also, occassinally, live band is adding life in the park.

The highlight of San Pablo City trippings. Sampaloc lake is a go to place with your friends and lover to hang out. Also if you are for jogging, cycling and motorcycle ride this place is cool. You may so around the lake. There's this place and I think the first diner you'll see when you arrived there. They have Lomi and Tapsi.

When i first go there i was amazed at the mountain and the lake and i see so many food stalls and a rental single bike and sidecar bike it was worth it you can see all the view when you bike around the lake and its a nice place for night date too i see so many couples in there
