If anyone is looking for the latest information on Toledo / Naalon falls, I attempted to hike out to the waterfalls today (Feb 2025). We went out to the trailhead off Daang Balite Road and it seemed pretty run down. Luckily, a tricycle driver drove by us and we asked him if we can hike down to the falls. He told us that the falls are now privately owned by Ayong's Adventure Park. We followed him around to the east side of the falls to Ayong's Adventure Park where the falls are now officially an attraction at the park. We didn't pay a fee to park, but we did pay a fee to have a guide take us to the falls. There are a lot of steep stairs to climb down from the parking lot down to the Pansol River. There are a few sections where you wade through water, and there are lots of sections where you have to traverse very slippery rocks. Highly recommended to bring good waterproof shoes if possible. They've installed plently of walkways to make it up to the waterfall safely. It is 100% an adventure, but very much worth it when you make it to the top. Please be certain of your physical limits before going on this adventure. There are plenty of very suspcious maneuvers you have to make on slippery rocks--even our guide slipped at one point, so...

Once down, there was trash everywhere, making for an unpleasant walk to the pools near the waterfall. Picturesque once past the first pool. Both first and second deep enough in spots to jump into from rock ledges above but undercurrent near waterfall into second pool said to be dangerous. To get all the way back to the falls takes high level skill, familiarity, and daring to scale the side of a rock face that I didn’t have so I just enjoyed the view from the second pool.
Google Maps drops you off about 200 meters too far down the road. Start walking down the path at the last turn. No cost entry but...
