Arca South - Ayala Land Inc. — Attraction in Taguig

Place needs still to be improved. The open spaces while full of trees and grass are also full of residents from nearby muslim neighborhood who can easily come and go. They use the open spaces for recreation making Arca look like Luneta. The crowd is pedestrian in comparison to the expensive condos. Because it is open to everyone it also becomes the shortcut route especially of loud motorbikes who are avoiding the main road. There is not much to go to other than 2 groceries like landers and hypermart which has few local fastfoods. Everything is so far, food and parcel delivery and even your Grab ride becomes too expensive. The internet speed is slow and there is noise all over because of ongoing constructions. Property price if buying doesn’t match its rental rate. There are better priced condos in the 2nd hand...

The places here are nice. I'm so excited to see the next "BGC Alike" in Western Taguig. Ayala land has a great development plan for these huge hectares, cant wait to actually see the complex building which has mall, hotel and offices. Also, There is a market place every sat. And Sunday called aani, any kind of trip you may find it there. The surroundings are good for your health, you can do walking, running and all kind of stuff.
